I had such a great buying experience with Zack. This is my first time using a broker and leasing a vehicle. He was the most thorough of everyone that I called, seeking multiple combinations of vehicles with my preferred color and option and always being responsive and patient with my questions. Outstanding experience with Zack. Always helpful, never annoyed when I had questions and took his time. He was very knowledgeable about the order process and on top of things when the car arrived. He oversaw the paperwork process and there were no surprises. Alerted me about a $500 loyalty discount that popped up. I had the car shipped to Nevada. There were some snafus with the shipping (my shipper) and Zack was helpful through it all. I went to Zack for the discount but was surprised at how valuable the service element turned out to be.

If you are thinking about going with Zack - stop thinking and just do it. He saved me so much time and headache dealing with dealers and got me a discount that was nowhere close to anything else in the market.

I don’t like dealing with car dealers - the pricing wars, extra unnecessary “mandatory” options and fees - just not worth my time. Dealing with Zack was such an easy experience though - he made sure everything was setup from the get go and he got me the X5 of my dreams as a custom order with a killer deal of a price.

Once I placed my order Zack has been more than amazing. He has kept me up to date on every detail of the order / delivery process. He even texted me back in quick time while he was on a family vacation - and kept me up to answered any questions I had. I wish everyone else provided service like he did. Didn’t matter when I texted Zack, day, night, weekend etc, he would always respond back instantly.

If I am ever looking for a BMW again, Zack will be the first person I reach out to as I know he will give me the best deal and experience possible.
