When I decided to sell my company, I had literally no idea where to begin or what the first thing to do! I was recommended by my CPA to give Ron Chernak with The FBB Group a call. Ron was immediately very engaging, listened and answered all my questions that I initially had. Over the course of a year and some months we had many obstacles to overcome regarding issues with selling the company, and at no time did Ron feel that we couldn't come up with a solution to the problems we encountered, and we didn't! He and his staff ALWAYS were very quick to answer any phone calls, e-mails, and to have timely, in person meetings with both the buyers and me. Ron also negotiated the sale of the business to where it worked out best for both sides and I eventually sold the business for nearly the starting asking price even though the economy slowed while the sale was pending. I found working with The FBB group the right choice and I would highly recommend them.
