Penny was gracious as she went all out to support us during our home search. I was in another state for most of the time and she would have several remote home tours with my wife and I. She is even tempered and never got tired of hearing 'No" or "yes but" from us. Her knowledge of real estate helped inexperienced buyers like us to learn how the marked works in Illinois and Naperville in particular. Her pointers to materials of construction and other aspects of homes helped us t9 make the right choice. If I have to do it all over again, I would still go with Penny! We love our new home and have settled in fully.

Penny helped us sell 10% above list price a few days after listing, selecting from over 20 offers and a half dozen competitive offers. With a unique modern house with various improvements, there weren't many similar homes in our area. We wanted a realtor who could draw buyers and establish the value of the house above the comps, and Penny helped by recommending contractors to fix a couple minor items and get the house looking its best. She also arranged professional photo and video. We had a large crowd for the open house and fully booked showings from when we listed until going contingent. Closing went smoothly.

I knew very little about real estate and had no idea what was involved when it came time to sell our home. Penny's ability to establish rapport and trust with us was excellent. Penny has a lovely, positive, can-do attitude, and listened to my husband and me. She asked intelligent questions. Penny meets her clients where they are. She could not have had better communication skills and was able to navigate each step of the process with each member of the selling, and purchasing team. Her fun personality and her in-depth use of technology made her marketing particularly efficient. Her years of experience, and extensive knowledge of the market, allowed her to price our house expertly, in tune with the market.
