My wife needed a new car right away. Her old car had to be totaled (fortunately, she was physically okay), but that left us with only one car between us. Once we got our finances together, we contacted Okuma Enterprises and Larry Oshima. Larry had been recommended to us by one of our friends. Because my wife had been in a serious accident, but she literally was able to walk away, she wanted to replace her 2019 Subaru Forester with a 2025 model because she felt safe in their cars. She did her research and then provided Larry with her specs. She sent him an email on Veterans Day (a national holiday). We expected the process would take a few days, maybe a week. Instead, on Tuesday morning, Larry acknowledged receipt of the email. By Tuesday afternoon, Larry had found the car! We were caught off guard because we had just begun the process of moving funds so we could pay cash. Larry set up our delivery on Thursday for us to pick up the new car at his office. The Timmons Subaru internet sales manager Jeff Sollee delivered the car from Long Beach. He was very helpful in showing us the basic features (always new technology to learn!) and told us he could answer questions as we became more familiar with the new car. He also said there was someone who could help with our education for the new tech stuff.

Anyway, the gist is that Okuma and Larry had really come through faster than we could have expected so we had a new car and at an excellent price as well. We plan to visit Jeff to pick up some more Subaru items (floor mats, etc.). All in all, the customer service from both Larry and Jeff was top notch and we would recommend to anyone looking for a new car to try Okuma since they handled things professionally and we got a good deal on a brand new car.

I am a UCLA medical student who was in need of the most affordable and reliable car within a week as I started my rotations. Zina was able to help me find the lowest offer for a new 2024 Toyota Corolla LE in my limited time span.
