Liz Mariaca was recommended to me by a neighbor but I have to say, I wish they never did. We had one interaction before I decided to go with another company. Liz was rude and made the whole situation uncomfortable for me and my husband when she said something offensive about our financial situation, implying we couldn't afford the neighborhood we were interested in. It felt demeaning and completely uncalled for when we had never even discussed finances. “HA! Well, I mean, if you can aff- if that’s in your price range.”

Danny Cuetara is an absolute god send and miracle worker. My credit is extremely low due to unforeseen medical expenses= for my parents once they fell ill and I had to take over their care and living expenses. Russel and Jaine Pemberton we’re recommended to my girlfriend and I. Months ago we had planned to move to Florida, originally from the Philadelphia area, 1000+ miles away. Spoke on the phone on a daily basis with Russel. He was very unprofessional, wasted my time, energy and money. For example, he sent me a screenshot of his electric bill, which was 2 months overdue, stating that he has bills to pay rather than try to find us a place to live. We aren’t buyers (renters), he outright told me that he doesn’t make any money off of rentals but agreed to take us on anyways. Went through the whole process of applying for an apartment, OVERPAID on rush fees, and drove 18+ hours over a two day span only to arrive to a dilapidated, and quite frankly disgusting property. It was clear that neither Russel or Jaine went to view the apartment that we applied to and paid money towards to insure that it met any type of standard. We were very clear on what we were looking for and had hoped they could help us. Overall a disappointing experience and waste of time and money. I hope no one else gets screwed over by either of these people.

I was served by Keller Williams Wellington to my detriment. The agent damaged my property in the name of "putting lipstick on a pig wanting to sell the property by hiding things to include throwing away my hurricane protection. I reached out to Michael Menchise when the agent refused to release me from my contract and he told me the same, "too bad" to be exact. My agent was Chris Adair, who will claim to be helping you, do your research he is NOT good at his job.

Realtor Brian Martin allowed buyers agents in my residence to record videos of all my personal belongings, son and dog without my consent or knowledge. I approved a showing, not a video and audio recording of my personal things. Trying to be a good person doesn’t pay well, this is a total violation of privacy which is federally protected. Buyer beware of these unethical practices at the tenants expense. The buyer agent went as far as to stating a shower was dirty when it clearly is the cheap paint peeling from the owners choice to do so. Anything to make a $
