Sold me A lemon bought in February and had the transfer case was bad and went four months without the vehicle and now can’t refinance because the up price they put on the vehicle I would have put money down to do so. Bad company to buy after a bankruptcy barely getting back on my feet and transportation is the most to stay on it.

I had a tough situation to work with and while others were quick to give up or simply claim they couldn't get a deal done for me, the folks at JFR South, namely Haley and Robert, really stepped up and went out of their way to close my deal. In previous car buying experiences, dealers have made me feel like I'm on trial awaiting a big verdict. Haley and Robert never made me feel like, but instead, made me feel as though they were in my corner throughout the entire process. I highly recommend giving them a visit if/when you're in the market for a new vehicle! Had a great experience. Brian even went and picked up a car from another lot that I wanted to look at. I was in the market for an SUV and there were multiple choices, all low mileage and well maintained. Driving 3hrs from a remote area of the state I was grateful for being pre approved and having the my vehicle choices ready for test drive. I love my new SUV only 17,000 miles on it! In and out of dealership in 3 hours including test drives!

Rob was super helpful in getting me into a vehicle that is reliable car under the difficulties I faced elsewhere. He worked hard on everything and guided me through every step. I bought my 1st Vehicle with JFR South location in Colorado Springs. Brian John my sales associate was phenomenal, understanding, most of all very patient. He did amazing work getting me financed. Brian is very customer orientated I felt appreciated welcomed and that all my needs are being met and answered. Brian continued working with me even after the cell was done. I highly recommend this Colorado Springs location to anybody wanting to buy a vehicle.

I had an awesome experience working with JFR! Haley Lyons went above and beyond to help me find the right vehicle for my needs. I definitely had a difficult situation to work with and didn't think I'd be approved for as nice of a car as I got. Robert Lyons was also incredibly helpful and explained everything to me in a way I could understand. They were both very patient in helping me with my situation and willing to assist me in finding a good deal as well getting me financed in a timely manner as I was kinda in a hurry.
