Mr Vazquez is simply unprofessional and one of the rudest people I have ever had the displeasure of speaking with. On top of that, I cannot seem to find his real estate license or his GC license number registered with the state- not sure if he even is. I have reported him to the Florida DBPR and hopefully they will help him find another line of business.

We simply asked about an owner finance option that he has stated at the top of his listing (which has been on the market for over 400 days) and he went on to insult me and my wife stating that we didn't have good credit or the funds to purchase his listing which he would have not know from the one simple text message that we sent.

PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM HIM AND HIS "BUSINESS" FOR YOUR OWN SAKE!

I recently was in contract with this group. Loved the home that they had and offered the asking price. My offer was then accepted. The owner/co-owner of the house offered the services of broker, realtor, lender, and title company. Requested a non-refundable deposit which they later stated they were going to waive the non refund due to the fact that I was a veteran. The true fact was because the VA loan doesn’t allow deposits to not be refundable. On the first day of being in contract their realtor contacted me personally demanding that I make the deposit immediately rather than going through my realtor. Later on I as the buyer decided to pick a third party title company to avoid the conflict of interest on their part and to play it safe for myself as well. Once they received the news they said I had no choice but to choose their title company although in the contract agreement it says the buyer has the right to choose. They also stated they had a higher offer that they wanted to take rather than the offer we agreed upon. They then canceled and released our contract due to me not wanting to work with their title company.

If you're looking for a professional and knowledgeable company, look no further. Countrywide Realty Partners has a very professional office. I have used their services many times and will not go anywhere else. It's a vertically integrated company and Robert's knowledge on Real estate surpasses all of the expectations that I had. Robert and his staff have excellent customer service and any questions or concerns I have had have always been answered. I think it's wonderful that he's working on Affordable housing to try and revamp undeveloped areas.

Robert Vazquez is one of the nastiest agents/sellers/builders I’ve ever spoken to. Simply asked about a property he has off of the market because we wanted more information about it and his response was “it’s nobody’s business”. Called again attempting to see if I may have caught him at a bad day or to check and see if there was anyone over him. It’s saddening to hear that he’s the owner. Spatting on about how he doesn’t care that he has 45 offers on it. The fact this is a seller’s market doesn’t matter. Eventually things fall off. He lost a potential long term client. I’m mortified to know he works with the general public. I strongly recommend pursuing somewhere else for your business needs. He has absolutely no people skills. I would of never expected this behavior from someone who presents himself as successful. I don’t normally leave reviews but I did go the extra mile to look him up because I pray this saves the next person from experiencing such a distasteful human being.
