From our first call to the last, this company has gone above and beyond our expectations. Coldwell Banker Solomon is the company to deal with. Our agent, Kathleen Rieker, was the consummate professional. She was friendly, on top of her game, and just down to earth. There was no stress and she made it an enjoyable experience. Any questions we had, we got a very quick response. We HIGHLY recommend this company and this agent!

The agent that was supposed to take care of us, charged us a non-refundable 'initial payment' and did the bare minimum to help. The houses that she sent were in awful conditions or not what we requested. She constantly sent link to houses that didn't allow pets when I had informed them I had a dog. She was very unprofessional, she said 'if you offered a bit more money it would've been easier to help you' when we had already spoken to her about our budget from the very start and she didn't at any point in the consultation say it wouldn't be possible or before taking our money. When confronted she stopped answering calls, emails and text messages.

I’ve been a consistent and reliable renter for many years, yet you are treated with disrespect from certain agents and no immediate response from anyone when there is an issue. Currently having a plumber related issue yet being told on the phone I need to fix it myself or if they send someone I’ll be charged. The water valve is stuck and can’t turn on or off. The Landlord in charge talks to you as if you’re the one causing the problem when you call to ask for help. Very unpleasant experiences from this group and to complain is welcomed by the agents with smirks and confidence because they are sure their bosses won’t take any action and only agree with them.

Worst people I have ever had to deal with. They charge you 50.00 for anything they had to come fix. Our water heater pilot light stopped working twice within 2 months. No hot water. We tried it getting started for 3 days still nothing worked. Finally had to call them and apparently we didn’t put in enough effort to start it. I was told. You would think the right to a hot shower should be basic but nope. Things that got replaced since we moved here: a leaky toilet, a leaking gas stove, a bent coil in the air conditioner and we’ve had the upstairs light switch when turned on flipped a breaker and shut off all the electricity downstairs. I’ve never had so many issues in a house before. I’m playing with my life here.So to anyone desperate to rent a home with this company do not. If you value the safety of your kids and family’s well being do not. Property management is not their forte.
