My experience renting out one side of a duplex with Adam and Marcos has been excellent. One overlooked benefit of a good property manager is access to a roster of good contractors, who actually show up for maintenance, at reasonable prices. Much different experience if you're just one guy on your own.

Do not rent from any property managed by this company. Our AC was out for over 2 weeks with no care or urgency from the property management company or the owner of the property to fix it.

It took over two weeks of having to call daily for updates.

No calls were ever returned to give any updates on what was going on.

Additionally, when we did get someone on the phone we were lied to multiple times about the repair being approved and the day it would be fixed.

The rent is paid on time, but the maintenance department doesn't do their job . The problem with the maintenance department they neglected the issues of maintenance needed in the house.

The best customer service I have ever had. I was shocked of the amount of time and dedication Kristi Provencio had with us. My boyfriend and I were first time buyers, almost purchasing a home in the past and had a horrible experience before meeting Kristi P. This time around knowing everything that my previous realtor did wrong she did correct and made the transaction easy with knowledge, professionalism and honesty. Its hard to find honest people in El Paso and we got lucky getting Kristi. When it came to knowledge she knew every builders reputation and when she didn't know a question I had she would get it and responded so quickly instead of just making something up to get a sale. During Covid-19 she knew all the new regulations and forms needed to protect us. She really knows El Paso, knowing taxes in every area and resale value points.Her negotiating skills were strong and right to the point which I appreciated, no games, I really felt like I was represented strongly.She was always on time, we saw every single builder in El paso and she was never late to any last minute appointments.What I also found most impressive besides her professionalism and knowledge was her Follow up skills, Kristi would follow up consistently to make sure we were on schedule and everything was done in a timely matter. When it came to working with the bank and builders I unfortunately had bad experiences with their customer service and she completely took over and made sure every question I had was answered and they were doing their job correct. If any of the transactions went south she would email right away and made sure we were getting treated fairly. As far as trustworthy you can tell she genuinely cares for her clients, anytime I had a concern or worry she would calm us down with certainty that everything will work out fine and explained everything to us of the whys and hows of buying a new home. I had no idea a realtor can made such a huge difference in a purchase of a home and she really showed me that having a good realtor made all the difference and make us actually want to buy a home. Kristi Provencio made it that I can just enjoy the process and knew I was in good hands which was such a relief. Hands down the best realtor, beyond happy with her service and will make sure and go out of my way to recommend her to anyone that wants to buy their next home.

I had tried the longest time to inquiry about a property, which was ignored. After being able to reach them over the phone, they had ensured me that I would be able to view that property the same day, so I cleared my schedule. A man by the name of Luis took my information, and I did not hear back. I called back an hour before closing to ask what the status of the view. They told me I would not be able to see the property that day, but gave me the realtor's (Tania Vasquez) number.

When I reached out to Tania, we schedule an appointment. I was asked to call half an hour prior to the scheduled time to ensure that I would be attending. Upon doing so, I was told that they had to push it back again, meaning I rearranged my schedule for no reason. This happened a couple more times after that. I called the agency back to explain what happened and Luis finally set up a person to view the home. When I showed up, I asked about the owner's pet policy, only to be misinformed by the agent. They told me that "they would not budge."

After viewing the home, I sent a few more questions. They were all ignored. Today, I spoke with someone who knows the owner personally and said they approve them on a case-by-case basis. The property is now leased out. I don't know if it has anything to do with poor communication on their part or if they have some type of prejudice towards me, but I would not recommend reaching out to them about rental properties. It was confirmed by the person I spoke with that a man and woman with two kids had no issue with them or setting up a viewing time. I will never show interest in another property that works with Century 21 The Edge again.

I repeat do not rent or buy do any types of buisness with these people!!!!!! They are straight up thief's!!!!!!! They do not get back to you in a timely manner never ever do they try to reach out when you leave messages. Oh I may I not forget when you put work orders in they get upset and tell you they aren’t making profit out of you for putting work orders in…. My bad sorry I’m taking care of a property so you’re getting upset Mr Marcos and Adam!!!
