Jared wrote a description of our house that demanded attention and had the perfect photos and videos made for the listing. As a result, there was immediate response. Our house sold in the first weekend it was listed (after going through several options). Jared was responsive day and night—answering all our questions in great detail. He stood firm during negotiations and gave/ explained his opinions when asked. This was truly a great experience.

I’ve been renting from century 21 for almost 11 months now and it’s honestly been not so good. Despite paying rent on time every month, keeping the property in good shape, and reaching out to them whenever there is a maintenance issue they always sound unhappy to hear from me. They always have an attitude when I call the office and my PM is terrible with communication. I’ve tried to make contact with the pm for a few days to discuss if their will be an increase in rent and haven’t heard a word, called the office was told he would call me back the same day and haven’t heard a thing. I’m sure they will raise the rent on this outdated home with unfinished flooring and sever water damage in the kitchen lol. I probably won’t be renewing and won’t buy a home a with them in the future. Oh almost forgot to mention, when I first moved in their was a leak in the kitchen sink maintenance came and called the pm on the phone right in front of me, when they got off the phone the maintenance guy said “they DO NOT want to spend any money” which is probably why they did nothing about the SEVERE water damage in the kitchen. I once texted my pm a question about the property, instead of answering me, he texted my partner and answered the question through him. I’m the one who pays the rent every month why are you unable to respond to me?

Out of the properties I have rented, Century 21 has given me the best rental experience I have ever had. Ron especially was very attentive, understanding, and considerate during my rental experience. He got back very quickly and kept me updated with any improvements going on for the property. The staff at Century 21 was also courteous and nice whenever I called or stopped in. Highly, highly recommend renting through Century 21.

I have been renting with Ron and Century 21 Alluance Realty for 4 years. Best property management company. Ron is always responsive in a timely manner. I have heard horror stories of other property management companies, but Ron and Century 21 Alliance is top notch. Very satisfied tenant.
