Buying a new car is stressful and unreasonable now a days especiallyif your looking for hybrids. Going through the hassle is not worth it. Lance was professional and got back to me in a timely manner, and was able to get me what i wanted within a day. Ive been to other dealership and have been on waiting list for 6 months and while on it they are trying to sell me other cars. This is the first time I’ve worked through it a broker, and it won’t be the last! Lance made the process of finding a car so easy! I had been getting the runaround from dealerships and was even discouraged from ordering the exact model I wanted, even though they said they probably wouldn’t get one on the lot for months. After calling Lance, he was able to find me the make and model I wanted with every feature I requested. Additionally, he secured a price that was so much better than what any dealer quoted me and took care of all the financing paperwork. After dealing with Lance I wonder why people still buy cars at auto dealerships. I hope I can buy all my cars though Lance now. We told him what we wanted, what we wanted to pay and he got us the exact car and deal that we wanted. The car was able to be delivered to our home and it was 1000% times better than going to a dealership.
