Joe helped me lease a new car recently. I have had less than transparent experiences with car dealers in the past. My local dealers were overcharging because they can, and I just didn't want to deal with that. I reached out to Joe, and we had a preliminary call where he explained everything about the process of working with him. I then proceeded to ask him about a thousand questions, and he was patient enough to answer all of them-honestly and thoroughly. He found the car I wanted right away, and we handled the paperwork remotely (because I was in another city). Even though I paid Joe a fee (very reasonable IMO), he made the process of leasing a car really painless, and I was clear on exactly what I was paying for. I don't really agree with the multiple unescapable fees that dealerships charge, that EVERYONE has to pay, especially in this market. But, at least with Joe, those were kept to a baseline, and I came out pretty close to where I wanted in terms of the price and lease terms. I will DEFINITELY come back to Joe when my lease is up and hire him again. I appreciate his work ethic, effort, and straightforward approach to customer service. He made a stressful situation really clean and easy, and that is priceless.
