I attended the FREE Mindset Makeover webinar hosted by Coach Alex on 9.28.2024, and it was extremely powerful content. What I loved about it is that it can be applied across all areas of your life, not just fitness and nutrition. Coach Alex is an excellent motivational speaker who is authentically invested in people’s wins, not just physically but mentally and emotionally too.

I believe Coach Alex at ateam-fit has a sensible approach to Nutrition. No gimmicks straight forward approach to Nutrition.

My favorite part of this program is the personalized attention I receive from the coaches. They have listened to me about my health journey and the struggles I have been through. I came to realize I needed attention and support with my fitness and nutrition. I have goals and I need help to achieve them.

My favorite part of this program is Coach Alex and Coach Chris. I have been following Coach Alex on social media for a # of years after I heard him do a podcast with another favorite Coach of mine who was helpful several years ago. I liked his strength and the message he was putting out there. Calorie deficit, Macro balance, focus on getting enough protein, logging food, weight training, overall well being and for me communication about these goals and really most important is accountability with coaches who care and want you to succeed and live a long healty life.

Coach Chris has been a big impact on my enthusiasm and mind set during this time of pushing myself to be the best I can be. He has a genuine way of approaching my personal needs to be stronger, lose weight and feel healthy. With his continued help I believe I will be successful at reaching my goals. I know it won't happen fast, but already I feel great. I push myself knowing my Coach is paying attention to my weight training and nutrition work. I meet with him on zoom 1 time a week and text daily about anything on my mind and he has valuable tools to steer me in the right direction. I think he is smart and strong. He is really good at being a Coach. I'm really glad he's mine. I'm sure the people he trained would agree with me on that.

I'm losing weight and learning more about my nutrition and I look forward to continuing wit A-Team and working with the program they offer.

I’m a long-time customer of Alex from A-Team Fitness. I find A-Team Fitness to be a well-rounded fitness and healthy eating resource. Coach Alex and I have worked together on not just how to be healthy but why I had the eating habits that I had. It’s not just about counting calories and doing sit ups. Why do I eat when I’m stressed. Why do I choose the comfort foods that I do. Laying that foundation is so important to understand where you’re starting from, to build on to where you want and need to be. We have covered so many topics on obstacles from recognizing I needed support, working through those obstacles and putting them in motion. He has taken the time to pull apart the various facets needed to get me in the right frame of mind to accomplish this goal. We have worked on accountability and recognizing triggers before they happen. As an added extra bonus, Coach Alex helps me to work on the foods I really want without ruining the progress to my goal. Yes, as a matter of fact, I do love pizza and we have made it possible to eat enough without going overboard. Alex is there when I need him, just a message away so I don’t feel alone. Highly recommended.

Training with A-Team Fitness is the best thing I have done to start living a healthy life through exercise and nutrition. I’ve worked with Alex for several months now and cannot recommend him highly enough. Alex has the perfect balance of being able to push you to get the most out of your training without screaming at you or feeling like you accidentally joined the marines. My 2x a week Choose to Lose sessions are something I look forward to each week, and am still sore after every session.

5 stars. A+. Don’t even think twice.

Great support program from trainer, Alex! His program involves individualized workouts, thought provoking activities as well as one-on-one daily & weekly check-ins to discuss strategies that fit individual needs. He provides course work & information to help explore & develop strategies that will help you to be successful with your goals of weight loss, strength training & self examination. He does this all in a caring, compassionate, positive & supportive manner. Alex wants you to be successful & cheers you on every step of the way!!! If your looking for a positive and encouraging support program to help you achieve your weight-loss & strength training needs this is the perfect program!! Alex & his expertise will support you every step of the way!

Alex has pushed me to get out of my comfort zone and challenged me to put forth my best effort every day, both in and outside of the gym. Better than that, he is a genuine and compassionate person who makes me feel comfortable even when things are tough. I had been feeling lost and without direction but am now well on the path to reaching my weight loss goals and becoming the healthy person I want to be. I highly recommend making an appointment for a first session with him as soon as possible! He really changes lives.

I had a great experience working with A-Team Fitness. Coach Alex and Coach Chris are always just a text away if you need any help with anything. They are always positive and very motivating! Very personable and so much insight to offer on how to change the mindset, which is the key to a positive and happy life. The workouts and food log are a bonus. Highly recommend!

Working with Alex I've really seen improvement in my abs and I've felt the awareness of those muscles. The strength workouts feel great and I'm making progress in everything that I'm doing there. And I think all the sprints we did for the couple months really helped my cardio because I ran a mile in the fastest time I’ve ever had. All of these things combined are going to help me dance better and have a better presence on the floor.
