I had an amazing experience. I was so lucky to have Sophia as my TMS Tech! Not only was she professional but she was so sweet and genuine. You know you’re in a great place when you look forward to your appointments! If you’re hesitant on trying TMS, use this as your sign to do it. Everyone from Ashley at the front desk to the manager Jen, will leave you feeling at home and cared for. I can’t thank them all enough!

It was suggested by my therapist to do TMS here and I have to say, I am forever better off because I did this. And to add to that, I got to work with Sophie! She is such a nice lady, kind and a great listener. I had some questions and she answered everything, even went as far as checking in to see if was okay during the process. (I’m a little jumpy. Next time I’ll be doing the anxiety side if I get accepted.)

Anew era makes the difference in all the aspects from polite costumer interactions from the polite phone calls and texts and a fluid user experience while utilizing their website features to improve the actual experience of mental health as for me if a office is not dialed in on those specific things it could potentially be frustrating not with Anew Era.
