Además, los recomende a un familiar para compra de otra propiedad. Me consta que igualmente todo fue muy profesional con un trato cercano, y siempre atendiendo a las necesidades del cliente.

Stay clear of this agency. Lack of professionalism.

We rented at Urb. El Polo, at Sotogrande.
The agency refused to fix concerns in the rental house: electrical problems that caused a shut down throughout the entire house whenever we took a bath. We complaint during the whole lease an they did nothing.
At the end of the lease they kept a big amount of the deposit claiming there were issues wih the cleaning and to repair things that were already in the flat when we come in. No photographs provided or any other info whatsoever to justify such amounts.

We are still waiting for the refund of part of our deposit.

Horrible experience, save your time and money and go with another estate agency that is going to treat you with respect.

The behaviour of this agency was unprofessional and unethical.

STAY AWAY
To start off the 1 bed apartment in Paseo del Mar that was advertised as having a sea view, didn't have one. Ok, could look over that, it was on the road but kind of close to the beach.
Once I had moved in, I had to endure 10 PLUMBERS over the summer to fix the toilet lever, the owner Eva Troyano DID NOT once offer a new toilet as I had suggested after the second plumber, instead she lied to the estate agents saying that she had and I had refused 🙂 Whaaat?
Then I had the terrace doors that wouldn't close, cupboards falling off in my hands.. incredibly more workmen had to come over the 12 months I was there.. No apologies, compensation or even a few days off the rent. Eva Troyano likes your money.
Now having moved out a month ago. They are saying I moved out on the 15th - very random? And that 2 weeks rent is coming out of the 2 months deposit I paid. I have evidence that I moved out on the 10th April 2019 and moved in on the 4th April 2018, so that would make it one week. Normally after a year contract you'd be given a week for free at the end to move, and that's not even considering the fact I spent more than 14 days waiting in for plumbers and workmen.
Just to add a little salt to the wound, Eva Troyano didn't change the contact on the electricity bill, so I paid an extra 65 euros for when I wasn't even living there and now the estate agent is saying I have to pay 55 euros for that? Whaaaaat? It gets weirder.
Remember the terrace doors that wouldn't close, well the workmen fiddleassed around with the curtains when they were faffing about with the doors and got their grubby hands all over them.. well now they want me to pay 130 euros to have them cleaned 🙂 You have to laugh.
And just for the icing on the cake, they want to charge me 100 euros for the cleaning of the apartment. Even though they know full well that the apartment is far cleaner and majorly improved than when I arrived, Eva had left mould in the fridge and all over the freezer.. I won't bore you with the list of filth..
So just incase you're thinking about using theses estate agents, DON'T. And I really would advise AGAINST renting out Paseo Del Mar 24. The toilet still wasn't working properly when I left!!!!!!!!!!! Continuously running water, flush 3 times to remove the waste...Even the terrace doors weren't repaired properly, still had to fiddleass around to close them properly. The plumbing, the terrace doors, infact everything in that apartment has not been renewed since it was built more than 30 years ago.. The whole experience of living there and dealing with Eva Troyano was a JOKE. Thank god I'm out. STAY AWAY - BE HAPPY 🙂
