Griggs Business Brokers recently helped us sell our flooring business, which my wife and I owned for almost 32 years. When we decided to sell, we interviewed several business brokers, and Clarence stood out from the start. He was responsive, professional, personable, and, above all, honest. From the very beginning, we felt we could trust his advice and that he always had our best interests in mind.

Looking back on the process, Clarence's predictions about the sales price, terms of the deal, time on the market, and even the SBA financing process were remarkably accurate. His expertise and understanding of the market gave us confidence every step of the way. He also appeared to be very well-connected with local SBA lenders and the SBA process, which helped everything move smoothly and efficiently.

One of our concerns was how well we’d be supported after signing the listing agreement, but Clarence proved we had nothing to worry about. He kept us updated throughout the process and was always quick to return our calls. Within 30 days, we had seven offers. With Clarence's guidance, we chose a buyer who was the best fit for our business, even though it wasn’t the highest offer, and we still achieved 90% of the asking price.
