The sales man is a scam artist sold me a rav 4 without letting me drive it.. he was helpful in getting me approved for a loan at a nearby payday loan company.. i thought that was weird but i purchased the vehicle anyway just to find out that it could not pass inspection and the imspection i was given was expired.. soon as i got the loan approved, the sales man said.. its your car now as is.. i really wanted to return the car but at this point i couldnt. So i let it get repoed.. now im at debt with Arrow financing and currently paying them back after getting ripped off by him..he also staged my last google review had me sign on with my email. So he could give himself a high rating..this guy is a scammer and crook..& I highly dont recommend this place.. unless your ready to be ripped off

Do Not Buy From this dealer. I purchased a Toyota Camry for my 17 year old daughter on Wednesday and literally by Saturday she was on the side of the highway with a dead engine. This was suppose to be a enjoyable experience for her with having getting a car for the first time but he absolutely made it an horrible one. We didn’t even get to register the car. I had the car towed to find out what the issue was but prior to me doing that I tried to speak with him and he hung up on me. He is practicing illegal tactics by providing customers with fraudulent paperwork for safety and emissions so that you don’t have to find out that the cars he sale aren’t any good. He told me by phone that he makes sure that the engine and transmission are good but if that were so why did the engine go out 3 days later something an emissions and safety would have caught. I am reporting his dealer license as well as contacting the better business bureau because no one should have to go through this. I am not the only one. If I could sit outside his business and inform every potential customer not to buy from him I would. Please take your business elsewhere he is not a good person at all!!

I agree with what most people are saying here. I had an easy, positive experience. The owner KC is helpful and humorous. He even turned around after he'd left for the day on a FRIDAY to come back to help me finish up my sale! He's an honest, fair guy and I love my "new" vehicle. Definitely recommend!!!

I love this place he has great cars and does what he can to help you buy one.
I Just bought a car from him it runs great,my payments are good,and what made it even better is that KC is honest, trustworthy and so helpful. I have referred 3 friends and they are just as happy as I am with there new ride.

Bought a car from here and not even an hour after getting the keys I had problems with the vehicle. The cars looks decent on the lot but do yourself a favor and bring a mechanic with you if you’re shopping here. Also, do an extensive test drive. He’s a fast talker and tries to talk to you quick so bring someone with you and be prepared.

employees are rude. poor drivers. one almost backed into me in the parking lot in front of their St. Charles store and then verbally abused me when I honked at him. He also swore at me and threatened me... laughing at me when I said I was going to call his manager. got nowhere when tried to call...phone just rings and rings.
